HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER:
1. Select the size and style of your tumbler and complete your payment at checkout.
2. Sends us your order number and design ideas such as photos, logo, colors scheme, and any other personalized pertinent information to info@831customcreation.com. Files need to be in acceptable file formats: PNG, TIFF, JPEG or PDF With Transparent Backgrounds and at 300 DPI or larger. If you do not have a print ready design there is a design fee of $5-$25. Final pricing is determined by the complexity of the design and will be conveyed after your request is submitted. We will email you with confirmation and any questions within 2 business days of receiving your email.
3. We will send a mockup of the design for your approval within 3 business days from our confirmation. Once the design has been approved, we will begin processing your item(s) for printing.
4. All of our items are handmade/produced in house. Our production time takes up to 10 business days from final approval plus shipping time before arriving to you. Rush ordering is available for a fee of $10-$30. Final pricing is determined by the time frame needed and job complexity.

We will not produce any copyrighted images, backgrounds, logos, colors, scenes, characters or content of any sort to protect the intellectual property of the owner.

If we are not able to meet your design requirements during the mock-up delivery phase after 3 business days, we will refund your purchase minus the design fee quoted.
